The rains continued to fall throughout the week, resulting in the cancellation of the Wednesday night study group meeting because we were concerned about someone slipping or getting their car stuck in the muck. In between the downpours the sun came out and continued to remind us of the rapid approach of Spring. On Wednesday we ate our first outside lunch of the year.

Craig and Bonnie’s fellowship ended on Thursday. Their central project while they were here was scanning the dining hall photo albums and organizing them digitally. It was a great service to camp and we hope to be able to post the albums online through the website soon.
On Friday Laurie Rotecki arrived on the first ferry of the morning for a weekend personal retreat. She and Leonie spent several hours in the garden and our new greenhouse. On Sunday we left camp and headed out for a birthday celebration in Bellingham, followed by a couple days in Seattle.
